Polaris Italia and Coremas – Merger
The 12th August 2014 there was the merger by incorporation of COREMAS in POLARIS ITALIA. The new company calls COREMAS POLARIS Italia Srl and engages in all activities previously carried out by the separated companies with particular focus on terminal services for shipping companies and carpentry for the the production of housing units. As said by CEO Andrea Monti, the new company benefits from synergies mainly related to the centralization of certain costs, to the fluidity in the downstream control and to the sharing of resources and know-how.
